A crowd assembles on a private beachfront monthly to rejoice and celebrate the full moon; co-hosted by Pierre’s Restaurant and the Morada Bay Beach Café; the experience include sunset cocktails, dinner, live bands,fireworks and flame-throwing performances; all of this basked under the lunar light of the full moon.

Dedicated to local environmentalist anne eaton, a stretch of secluded beaches that are covered by just inches of water reaching almost half a mile into the ocean, through which sunbathers come to wade; also picnic areas and a boardwalk.

Many lost their lives on that fatal Labor Day of 1935 as one of the most intense hurricanes made landfall;  it is estimated that the cremated remains of some 190-storm victims lie there.
